Two Talented WCO Musicians Finalists for Dubuque Symphony Concertmaster

The Dubuque Symphony Orchestra has named two Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra members as finalists for concertmaster. Eleanor Bartsch and Timothy Kamps will each take a concert in the Symphony's fall schedule, and will also work with students in area schools as part of their outreach efforts.
