Annually, the WCO selects six local small businesses to feature as Concerts on the Square Volunteer Affiliates. Each business will be given marketing opportunities in exchange for volunteer time at the event their business is assigned to.

Requirements:
Small businesses must be able to provide 4 volunteers from 4:30/5:00 – 9:00 PM on one of the concert weeks, listed below. Volunteers must be available for both the Wednesday concert day and the Thursday rain date to participate.

  • 6/26 (6/27 rain date)
  • 7/3 (7/4 rain date)
  • 7/10 (7/11 rain date)
  • 7/17 (7/28 rain date)
  • 7/24 (7/25 rain date)
  • 7/31 (8/1 rain date)

        In return, WCO will provide:

        • Logo featured (1 of 6) on the back of the volunteer and crew t-shirts.
        • Logo featured on the event video screens the week the business is assigned to.
        • Logo featured on the webpage of the concert the business is assigned to.
        • Business featured in social media posts and emails for the concert week they are assigned to.

          Please upload your high resolution business logo. If your logo is multi-color, we will need a version that is 1 color for t-shirt printing. Format: .EPS files are preferred, but PDF or JPG files will be accepted.

          Applications open from March 1, 2024 – May 15, 2024

          A panel of WCO stakeholders will review all applications and six applications will be selected to be part of the Volunteer Affiliate Program.
