Catering Services

We partner with Heritage Catering to offer tableside dining services during each concert. Choose from shareables, dinner, dessert, or uniquely-tailored Weekly Tasting Menus.

Shared Table Options

Tables that seat 4 guests may be limited throughout the season. Please let us know if you are open being seated with another party so we have the best chance of accommodating your group.

Accessible Seating Options

If there are accessibility needs anticipated for any of the guests on a reservation, please [check the box] and describe accommodations needed in the comments box, when submitting the form.

Table reservation policies

  • Table reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please make sure you are available for the rain date.
  • Extra chairs are not permitted at your table beyond the set number included in your reservation due to fire code restrictions.
  • Be a good table guest! At the WCO, we ask that you be respectful of your table neighbors by keeping conversation to a minimum while the Orchestra is performing. Please review our code of conduct here.
  • The WCO reserves the right to adjust the table area due to program needs.
  • Should public health needs limit the intended execution of Concerts on the Square, the WCO reserves the right to alter the availability of table reservations. We will do our utmost to work with patrons individually before taking actions affecting their table reservation.
