Every table reservation is a 100% tax-deductible charitable contribution.

Your reservation helps ensure Concerts on the Square can remain a free community event year after year, creating lasting memories for all of Madison to enjoy.

The table area opens at 5 PM for reservations and the concert begins at 7 PM. Catering is available through our official caterer of Concerts on the Square, Heritage Catering, and more information can be found here.

Tables are subject to availability and contribution levels vary by seating area. There are tables for parties of 4, 8, or 10 guests available throughout the season. For the most information click the button below to see the different seating areas and their associated contribution levels.

Table reservation policies

All concerts have a rain date of the following day. Table reservations are non-refundable.
We are unable to provide extra chairs at your table beyond the set number included in your reservation.
We ask that you be respectful of your table neighbors by keeping conversation to a minimum while the Orchestra is performing.
The WCO reserves the right to adjust the table area due to program needs.
Should public health needs limit the intended execution of Concerts on the Square, the WCO reserves the right to alter the availability of table reservations. We will do our utmost to work with patrons individually before taking actions affecting their table reservation.
