Get Close to the Music!
As part of Get Close to the Music, WCO musicians present free 30 minute visits to schools prior to the Youth Concert. These presentations introduce students to the instruments of the orchestra and the music that will be performed at the concert.
This year a limited number of Southern Wisconsin schools have the opportunity to take advantage of a Get Close to the Music presentation. Tentatively set for March and April 2011, these demonstrations will provide a more in-depth learning experience for the students in a fun and interactive format!
